Patch Notes started the way most of their tracks do, two dudes making weird sounds in a room.

Patch Notes released their debut EP “Null” in 2018 on Prime Night Cult. This was closely followed by the heavily supported “No Control” EP on BRØKEN, the first of many releases with the formidable breakbeat label including an official remix for Albzzy.

Inspired by 90s rave groups such as The Prodigy, The Crystal Method, and The Dust Brothers, Patch Notes began writing heavy mid-tempo and breakbeat tracks which quickly lead to a fascination with drum and bass. A multi-genre group, Patch Notes allows their creative and sound design process to determine how a track progresses… not a specific genre. Their sound is dark, aggressive and laden with digital elements.

Patch Notes is constantly creating new music and visuals. With multiple releases slated for the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021, Patch Notes is set to release more content than your favorite video game.
